ISCC/COF with a Routing Point

Trying to implement ISCC/COF functionality.
Calls are overflowed to an Routing POint in an external switch
I created an Access Resource with same DN number and Advance tab resource type of "cof-in"
Unfortunately it is deemed as an External Routing point and ingnored by the router, so the calls arrive and are
dropped; not processed by the strategy
So the COF dosen't seem to work with a Routing Point,
does anybody has the same experience?
