Framework 7.5

Hello together,

does anyone have SCI and CME version 7.5? We migrate from 7.2 to 7.5 and when I ran SCI or CME some of things are grey and I am not able to work with it. The software I have on CD is only version 7.1. Is there any possibility to get version 7.5?
Btw. I don´t have my personal registration on Genesys support.

Thank you.

Martin

Hi Martin,

Could you be more specific (screenshot) what things are grey?

BTW: Using Genesys Express installation package leads to a situation that some operations aren't allowed in CME and maybe in SCI (not sure about SCI).

You mean that icons in SCI are grey (rather than blue) but everything still functions as normal?

I've seen this before, but unfortunately don't know what causes it :(

...as a pointer, make sure you have full permissions, through Access Groups in CME...

can you specify which ones? Normally only DAP objects are always on gray.

Thanks to all for support, grey were all the object in CME. But now it´s okay, because I get a new version of CME and SCI from development, so I can work  :P. I checked the CME and I found, that if i made any change with ver. 7.1, maybe the config DB will be affected and settings will be not set in a right way - maybe crashes. I did not tried this.

Maybe I had not full permissions - maybe because of incompatible version?

Permissions are set on DB, not on user interface.
