Hi everyone,

Does anybody know if (and how) it is possible to change the values that are shown in the Call result dropdown box in Genesys Agent Desktop?

FYI
These values belong to an enumeration which I retrieved in the cfg_locale table on the configuration database. Updating the values in this table didn't affect the presented value in Agent Desktop  :( (even after restarting the desktopserver)

Should something else be restarted as well?
When are the enumeration values loaded by the Genesys software?
Is it actually possible to change the values in the dropdown box?

  • The only way would be if you create your own GAD from scratch, also don't modify DB values as they are used on OCS too! Be careful with what you are doing. GAD is hardcoded and you only can add some new tabs and stuff as that.
