Multiple GAD servers, 1 GAD admin page??

Being in an environment that has 9 GAD servers, it's quite annoying to have to access 9 GAD pages to find which server an agent is logged onto.

Has anyone on here created a script or application that will poll all the GAD servers and present all agents and which server they are on, on one page?

As we are using citrix to deliver GAD (and a load balancer), using the identify page doesn't work as we would like (besides, it needs to be done on the agent desktop rather than remotely!).

I asked the question while in Munich last week, was told that if it was to be raised as a feature request, the earliest possible implementation would be v8!  apparently there will be a v7.7, but this is packed already.

Any help would be appreciated as always

Hi Mark,

I wrote a sample servlet for GAD showing number of agents in Ready state per media in the past. If you want I can modify the code to list the names of logged agents. Having this servlets "installed" on each GAD you can create a "summary" page (e.g. using IFrames) showing output of the servlets. Would it be interested for you?
