Dialogic + CPD Server configuration in ASM mode

Hello all.

I have some configuration doubts about CPD configuration plus dialogic in ASM.
In theory, Dialogic is set correctly: there is a trunk to PSTN and a trunk to Cisco gateway (the last one is communicated with Cisco Call Manager). I have been doing calls with VoiceDemo application and it works correctly.

In documentation I saw the way to set up the CME folder architecture matching with dialogic channels: a folder with subfolders, regular and engaging.
Engaging subfolder contains “dtiBn” subfolder. “dtiBn” subfolder is divided into “dtiB1T1” … “dtiB1T4” subfolders too and so on.
In regular subfolder, there are dtiB1 (again) and dxxxB1.. subfolders
(I'll prefer don’t extend me in this point: this is a folder structure with the channel architecture of dialogic board)

Do you know what kind of DNs must I set into those subfolders?
I mean:
1) Engaging – dtiBn – dtiBnTm may contain DN of Call Processing Port. Does this Call Processing Port match with a DN in Cisco Call Manager? If so, what kind of Cisco DN: extension, hunt group, cti port…..
2) regular subfolder – dxxxBn – dxxxBnCm may contain DN of extension type. My question is the same, is this extension a extension, pilot point, cti port…. in Cisco call manager?

I appreciate any help.
Thanks in advanced and best regards.
