<Transfer> tag worked very well yesterday. When I execute today thru Webapplication , it is throwing the following  error in PopGateway.

If I remove <Transfer> and continue with other tags I do not see this.

Does any one have any idea ? Is there any settings perhaps missing.  We are using GVP7.5 and transfertype is set "TRANSFER THRU CTI"

Please share. Thanks.

Note: I edited the app URL while pasting here.

Hi,

our GVP guy is out today (he is having his wisdom teeth pulled) but he should be back on Monday. Can you wait until then?

Well, I did see this in your log:

LastError=XMLPAGE_NOTFOUND LastErrorString=File was not found

calling a wrong URL string perhaps?

I do agree with Vic that requested web page isn't accessible so PopGateway generates an error. Please check that your web application is running and referred page is accessible.

You can simply test it by clicking test on the application creation page and you should get valid web page

Can you post your code? The error shown is very explicit on a missing file...

Hi  Cavagnaro

This code worked very well 2days ago and it did transfer. I am not sure what has chaned on the GVP side it is not transferring now. It simply hanging in the air.  All I am doing is simple <transfer> to test it out. Appreciate your help.

NOTE: Include is truly including the jsf. When I ran teh jsp it is showing me the complete VXML page.

<%@ include file="util/Header.jsf"%>

<%
/**
  *    *
  */
%>
<%
logger.debug("Entered into this JSP");
%>

<form id="InitAttachData">
  <catch event="connection.disconnect.transfer">
  <!-- far-end answered -->
    <prompt>
    Connection with the callee established: transfer executed
    </prompt>

</catch>

  <block>
    <prompt>You are Welcome
    </prompt>
  </block>

      <transfer name="manualTransfer"  dest="12345" bridge="false" />

  </form>

    <form id="End">
    <block>
          <exit/>
    </block>
  </form>

<%
logger.debug("jsp:: Existing the Form");
%>
<%@ include file="util/Footer.jsf"%>

what reason displayed when you access to jsf page by browser?

Even if the log is seen, causes other than 'VXML file Not Found' are not found.

What is 12345? A valid destination?

I'd think the application which stores the destinations did not register this DN and could not process it... when the Tserver restarted, it might have re-registered all the DNs as it would when it came up- just another thought....hope it made sense....
