GVP ports off-hook in CCPulse

Hi all!

I have a behind environment, Sip Server > IPCSs.

I still don't know the reason but I've got about 6 ports in the off-hook state. They've been in that state quite a long time, the only thing I can do for it to work is to delete and recreate the port.

Has anyone seen anything like this before?

Is there an option in Sip Server I can set for it to reset the port if it is in the off-hook state for some time?

Thanks in advance!

You can use the Genesys TestPhone to make the port on-hook. Connect the TestPhone with SIP Server go to Event tab and select EventOnHook put ThisDN as the port number and then click Event button.

Thanks!
