I wanted to better understand how CTI works and how the configuration can be done with Tserver and Gplus adpater etc. I have access to Genesys Tech support. Can some one kindly point/show me the exact document that I should look at would be appreciated so much. Thanks.

Hi Bill,

I would suggest you to download deployment guides for particular TServer and Gplus adapter. Usually there is a chapter related to architecture of the product and some brief description of "how it works".

If you have some specific questions don't hesitate to post them here.
