Problem Time Zone ETL_Assitent

Hi my name is Alfredo i`m from Venezuelan and work with Genesys Solution 7.2; in december of 2007 change the time zone and under 30 minutes remaining in GMT - 4:30, nevertheless ETL Assistatn oes not take the change, since I can do so that if it appers to me in the listing of the time zone????

Note: The server where the ETL Assistant runs is UNIX 5.3

  • You need to update your ETL process to atleast 7.2 and have the latest j2re (Java) or atleast 1.4.2.11 installed. If you call Genesys support, they are well aware of this issue and can send you a checklist to follow.

    If you have any problems, you can post them here and we will help. The problem you may run into, all data captured prior to these fixes, may still be wrong. In that case, some the data would need to be updated/corrected. However, going forward the correct times would be caputured.

    Tray to upgrade JM Time Zones on UNIX mashine.
