Hi Guys,

Did you manage to find the solution on this. I would be curious to know what was the issue.

I am also curious of where you try to put your Ringback treatment... As a post routing block?

By the way, why did'nt you try to use sip-treatments-continuous option.
It allows the music do continue during ringing on agent.

Regards

I know this is an old post but thought i would pass on what I had to do when i had the same problem. When calls were being transfered via ISCC. If the caller entered a strat' listened to a stream managers welcome prompts and the trasnfered to an agent the caller would hear ring tone. However if the call was sent through the stream manager, passed to GVP or to another endpoint first when the transfer was made to the agent, ring tone would not be given to the caller.

It was a known issue and fixed in SIP Server 7.6.000.666 when a new option 'sip-ring-tone-mode' was added.
It can be set at applicaiton or DN level. Default value is 0 but if switched to 1 it invites the caller to stream manager to play ring tone whilst the consultation call in a single dialog mode is made.
