Conference between outside and inside abonent not worked

Hi al!

Can anybidy help me undestend why conference between outside abonent and inside operators not worked? We have 2-site call-centre. Outside call come from media-gateway on 1-st Genesys SIP-server, then after small routing script deliver to 2-nd Genesys SIP-server on another site. When, after operator pick-up the call and try make a conference with another operator (like 1-st and 2-nd line of tech.suport), outside abonent still going on line and hear a hold music, but on operator workplace(genesys active desktop) he looks like droped/complete call. What a ...what i do wrong ? =)

Without logs is hard to tell. Maybe codecs?

on media gateway and SIP-servers only pcma allowed.
if i post logs can u see it ? from that system components it's mast be for complete vision ?

Post logs of a call scenario indicating all numbers involved and all the data you can provide to check them and try to see a possible problem.

after deep look on sip-server log-file, i found this

BUT!
audiocodes it's a trunk DN without prefix and in config we have another DN mcu with prefix='conf='
why our sip-server choice audiocodes as a longest match for prefix 'conf=' ?!
