    I have install the outbound module and I create all object needed to run. Now the campaign is loaded and running, but If I look the status in ccpulse I found : StatusDeactived. Can you help me to understand this and also how I can change this.
    I have 2 agents in the group and the status for both are login and not ready for inbound.
    The Campaign is in preview mode.
