What we want to do is: Switch A have only a routing point, we load a strategy for this routin point, all call go to a group (switch B), in switch B we have create a external routing point.
But when we try we found that UR find the group, the external routing point but after this we have a error messages.

Any help (some doc ...) are welcom

    Karim,

    try this:
    1. make sure that you have external points for both of the switches.
    2. make sure that both TServers are connected to each other under connection tab.
    3. Under each switch you have defined access code for the other switch.
    4. Also, are you sue that you have external router license?

I would think that this should fix your problems.
