Siebel-Genesys Integeration

Hi,

CTI toolbar is not visibling in thin client eventhough it is visibling in thick client
Do we have anything to verify on the Genesys side.

Aslo, iam facing the below shownerror
ERROR: Unable to open port '6030', port already open
Can anyone help me on avoiding this error.
I can think like there is an genesys services already running on the port and bcos of our integration, some serives are trying to open via the same port

For the toolbar, the only thing I can suggest is to make sure that your security settings on your browser are set according to the product documents.

for the port in used, you should be able to determine the process as follows:

Run

netstat -a  | find "6030"

If returns anything, it is taken.  If you are Windows 2003 or higher, run with the -o option to show which process is using it.

It will return a column called PID which corresponds to the process ID visible in taskmanagers's Process tab, or with the tasklist command.
