Status of telephones in CCPulse

Hello,

I want to know if it is possible to see which telephone is used and which not. But I can' t do this with the function
SDNALoggedOut. I' ve tried it to do it via the function SDNANotReadyForNextCall but an Agent who works on a telephone can also set the Status Not Ready. So it is not the best solution for my problem.

Could anyone help me to solve this problem, please.

Sorry for my bad english.

Would be action ~LoggedIn as it will be monitored but not logged in.

The status is defined by a series of actions, the action with more precedence is taken as status.
So, if you want to know which hardphones are not being used (agents logged in) I will try to create a stat or a threshold on CCPulse for the extensions asking which ones are not logged in action (~LoggedIn) because asking for monitored is too basic. You can find the definition of actions on the Statserver guide.

I want to do this via a threshold and the the logged in action but the problem is you only can use it for the agent object and not for extensions or positions (hardphones).

Or do you mean something else and I have not understand you?

Please continue the discussion here, the idea is to share knowledge.

You have to create the thresholds for the extensions objects.

But its not possible to set a threshold for the logged in action for extensions. It is only possible for the agent object.
So it is written in the Administrators Guide and in the Statserver guide, too.
