We need a more detailed information from you. Please provide us with log files from Tomcat and Apache and some screenshots may help us a lot. From your currents description of the situation it is very diufficult to understand the reason of this issue.

My advice would be to install Web API and Co-browse on separate hosts.

But if you do decide to have it all on one host you will need:

First you will need to install KANA Response Live server.
Start it and test if co-browsing works.
If Kana Response Live server was installed successfully, you can install Genesys Co-Browse.

Now if you want to install the WebAPI on that host, you will need to :
(1)Install a new instance of Tomcat server
(2)Make sure that the new instance of Tomcat does not have any conflicting ports with the Tomcat that is used by Kana Response Live.
(4)You will need to configure the jk connector(it's part of Kana Response Live) to connect to both Tomcats.

Vadim.

p.s.
Every time you do something make sure that it works correctly before you go to the next step.
It's much easier to identify the problems this way.
