Using GVP for hold treatments.

How do you setup GVP to play hold treatments?  I have a strategy that has a Play application block and it just skips past it everytime.  Just wondering if anyone has any ideas how to play hold messages with GVP or had success testing it.  Thanks in advance.

We currently use GVP to apply treatments.  In our environment GVP is in front so the the routing strategy runs on the TFN.  We use the continue from a branching block to send call control to URS.  Then we have setup different script ID's for treatment types (within the branch block). Queue Busy (Hold), Welcome etc. Off that script ID we have a prompt setup which is the announcement you want to play.

The next phase is to rationalize the script ID's and then pass the prompt name as a KVP to GVP set in the strategy so we only need a "play prompt" branch and not have all the additional branches for prompt type.

I hope this makes sense.

Cheers
