Eventflow for queue transfer

Hi,

I was trying to analyze the genesys t server logs. I need some clarification on them.

Can any one explain me how the event flow would be when a Agent transfers the call back to the queue after answering ? I think, ThisDN and OtherDNs can be used for this analysis, but i'm not sure. Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks
Jagadish

Jagadish,

You are right when you say.... this DN(that refers to the DN which is transferring the call) and the other DN(is the DN onto which the call is being transferred). Note that within Genesys - Extentions, Route Points,DNIS are all considered DN's.
