Hello,

I have modified an existing template within CCPulse so our total_Calls_Abandoned statistic is reset at a specific time however this only starts to count after ccpulse is opened.

I used the following method to modify the template:
Template wizard (within CCPulse)
Template Definitinon
Pre-defined Statistic

The statistical type is Total_Calls_Abandoned
Insensitivity 1
Interval Type is Growing, 9-5 (created within time profiles in DMA) - originally another time profile called 'office'
Notification Frequency 5
Notification Mode Time Based
Filter None Applied

If I use the 'office' Time Profile - this will count the number of abandoned calls prior to opening ccpulse.

We are using CCPulse 7.5

I think it is normal, the only one that is calculating that stat in the way you have defined is your CCPulse instance. So if you put: 09:00+05:00 (9,14,19,24,5,10,15,20,1 hours)...as growing time profile and you open CCpulse at 13:45, then you will see that at 14:00 hours your stat will return to 0 again and the values you have been collecting since CCPulse was opened.

Hello Cav,

That would explain the growing time profile but why would it not affect the other time profile ('office)?

For example a template based on the Growing Interval type and Office time profile will have started to count the abandoned calls from 8 AM (resets at 8 AM according to the DMA Setting) even after opening ccpulse after that time.
however if we use the same template but only modify the abandoned calls statistic using the same interval type but a 9-5 time profile, the abandoned calls will only count after opening ccpulse???
