I noticed the other thread so I thought I would post this ad aswell if that is ok. If it isn't then I apologize.

Anyway if its ok then I'd like to say that my company also offers and supports a CTI Toolbar Framework for Thin Client integration to Genesys (Voice Platform SDK).

The Toolbar Framework is a Telephony Toolbar that permits developers to reuse CTI connectors available with the framework (a connector for the Genesys Voice Platform SDK is included) or to extend the Framework Architecture in order to develop their own connectors that then easily plugin to the Toolbar.

Our customers currently using the framework include Banks, Credit card companies, the Auto industry and Telecoms.
