Use SCI to create an alarm to look for that event.

Ok, I am a little bit confused.

You want to:
- monitor external routing point
- show stats how many calls were succesful and how many failed? Can}'t you do it using Entered, Routed?

Most of the external routing problems happen before call arrives to external point, therefore how do you plan on capturing the data about calls that failed before even reaching external routing point?

  • Dear Victor

i want to ask is EventRemoteConnectionFailed fire when call already exist on external route point (and EXRP fails to transfer it ) or before call reached EXRP ?

what are other solutions you suggest in order to develop this report ?

    your feedback is highly appreciated
