distribute: DTA not found

In the sample strategy i am using  SendEvent to generate queued and diverted event on a VQ .

SendEvent[EventQueued,Cat['thisdn:',VQ]]
SendEvent[EventDiverted,Cat['thisdn:',VQ]]  VQ >>>> variable containing  VQ name

This is what i see in  T -server logs and VQ does not get pegged .What could be the  issue ??
