Hi,
   We have installed MCR Co-Browse 7.5 .System could be working porperly until last month.We have checked an error in Co-Browse when we opened the service page.I have got "NTLM Authentication is not support " .
    I know that error occured from configuration of co-browse.It configured to access internet thourgh proxy.

   We need someone kindly help us,how to configure co-browse service to cancel proxy.(We already configed network security to open all port and policy for co-browse).
