I saw this in action (demo action, actually) and I thought it was a pretty cool idea. I am not sure how much "Genesys" there is to it, because the idea has less to do with call centers and more to do with showing Executive Summary reports regarding the current snapshot of your business. I thought it was totally cool, but I am not sure how to connect this to what we are doing...
