Is this agent selected on the DMA? Meaning, when you create the CCA layouts you have the option to select ALL objects or just some. Maybe your configuration selects only some of the agents and you need to select this new agent now. Check on DMA to see this configuration.

Hi,

I created the CCA layouts and I set the option to select ALL objects.
Last time i've added new agent also but I could get the data.

Cheers,
Lekie

Hi

You need to restart Data Sourcer service.which reads the information from configuration database inclusing the new Agent you have added.

What? Not true. ODS will be in acknowledge of new objects on ConfigDBServer, that is a benefit of Genesys.

Hi

Correct i agree with u i should have mentioned ConfigDBServer rather than configuration Database. And Data Sourcer writes the data To ODS and reads the data from ConfigDBServer.

Restart of the Data Sourcer should solve his issue.
