Hum...What I did was:
1. Create group of servers for OBN
2. Create an application for Admin
3. Provisioned the application

This is my first operative OBN installation and just trying figure exactly how this works. The records are written in the DB so maybe it is the connection to the CFA?
How does the numbers must be writen? 07125000 is ok? or 07125000@192.168.1.10 (IP address of Media Gateway) or sip:07125000@192.168.1.10?
Can you please share how your application was created and provisioned?

Thanks a lot

Hi,

In my configuration I have configured:
Server Groups:
- OBNGroup
--Server Group Type: OBNCS
--Servers Selection: G76-GVP
DID Groups
- Outbound
-- <added a few ports for outbound>
Servers
-OBNManager
--Data Store
---Database Server: g76-gvp
---Database Username: obnmanager
---Database Catalog: obnmanager
--OCS Configuration
---OCS Configured: YES
---OCS Listener Port: <port of OCS>
Applications
-Main tab (in general parameters)
--Application Type: Outbound

-TAB OBN (in provisioning parameters)
--Enable OBN: YES
--Failure URL: <address of site>
--Max.Queue Size: 10000
--Servers:
---OBNServers: G76-GVP
---OBN Groups: G76-GVP
-Prov DIDs
-- Choices: DID Groups
-- DID Group: Outbound
-- DID Selection: <selected ports>

Of course Database should be prepared - I have MSSQL Server 2000 on the same server where CORE Components are located.

I hope this will help you.

Thanks will check and compare this.
One question, you checked the OCS because you have Proactive, right?

One question jbobinsk, the failure URL is the application that will be played by OBN or is it the one declared on the application provisioning (Primary IVR URL)?

I don't know yet - but I'll try to find out.
But on this moment I think it is the application that should be played if there will be problem with primary one.

Just to let you know that the issue here was that even when the Windows 2003 was in english, OBN tried to work a SP with hardcoded dates, and as regional settings were on Spanish it couldn't match the dates and that was causing the crash. So changing all regional settings for all the users in the system did the trick!  ;D
Thanks a lot René for the support, I owe you one.
