Upgrading GVP 7.5 to 7.6

Hi,

I need help for the following

We have GVP port going bad and not accepting calls in 7.5, also popgateway crashes and restarts. As per Genesys this issue is fixed in 7.6.4 is there any know issues with GVP 7.6?

Please let me know if any one know any issues.

Is that like GVP ports ring no answer?

We had GVp port ring no answer issue for a long time. When consulted with genesys, they said its an issue with our version of Iserver (7.2). they asked us to upgrade to 7.5 . Recently we have upgraded. Till now we have not faced any issues.

If we are talking abt the same issue then I may have to consult genesys

We are using 7.1

I was wondering if your problem is IVR ports just ringing no answer?

u should review ur ivr logs , look at the callnum, are they well configured?
