Hi Genesys brothers

I'm trying to create a new statistic in IRD with a filter on key/value attach data

The filter section is always empty

Does someone knows how to configure filters in IRD ?

Taking a random guess for you:

Do you have any filters configured on the routing stat server?
Could be there that they are needed.

Thank you Mark but i finaly found the solution

In CME, create a new transaction in CME with type "stat filter"

name : ird_filter
type : stat filter
alias : ird_filter

In the format tab you configure : PairExist("key","value")

That's all

hmm, how to use that transaction in the IRD then?

I always knew to type in the filter name (created in the routing statserver) in "Filters" Section for that stat.

or create a stat and filter in routing stat server and use the IRD function SData function

If u see the question, u will get the answer.

While creating a statictic in the IRD in statistics section, you will get the names of all the filters u create the way explained above, in the drop down list of filter.
