CCPulse Templates and Views

Hello,

is it possible to create a ccpulse template and view which will display statistics of the current day by hour in real time?

We are already able to report on this using hyperion and covers stats such as calls answered/abandoned/service level by hour i.e 8-9 / 9-10 / 10-11 and so on.

A template we use at the moment goes as far as showing the values for the last hour so would seem it can be done.

Thanks,
WA

Do you mean per hour for the whole of the day so far?

If so, CCPulse+ has a Historical side to it. So you would be able to create historical views and see things like stats per hour for the last x hours or y days

Hope that helps.

Yes I meant per hour for the whole of the day so far.

We already use Hyperion to run these reports historically so were looking into a real time set up using CCPulse.
Thanks,

That wouldn't be real time, but historical, you can get them on CCPulse, be sure that the CCPulse application has ETL on its connections under CME. Once you did that open a CCPulse, right click the object you want and select Historical Report as Mark mentioned. Select Last 7 hours and you will get the report with always the last 7 hours.

Hi All,

I will just add some additional info to this. In order to get historical data in to your canned CCPulse templates, you would have to firstly import canned CCA layout templates in to your DMA and activate them as report layouts. But if you are using custom CCPulse templates with custom statistics, you would have to create report layouts in DMA for each object type with the same statistics you are using in CCPulse and then assign to each CCPulse template statistic historical counterpart.
For more details about this check the "CCPulse+ Administrator’s Guide" section "Historical Reporting Considerations for CCPulse+"

Cheers,
