What is the "RVQID" used for under AttributeUserData?

I'm curious what "RVQID" is and how it is used.  I see this in our logs as well as logs from companies.  It is always null just want to know it's purpose.  Thanks!!

Hi,

Some application hooked up to your TServers is sending request to update userdata  "RVQID" attached to call. It could be routing strategy (Universal Routing Server) or softphone (agent desktop application) or any other application. The purpose of this data could have origin in your routing or reporting. It was set by guys who developed your routing rules/softphone/reporting, so I would ask them or check as build guide or detailed design if such documents were produced at all.

HI Normally RVQID is attached with URS if target the call was sent to is associated with sone Virtual queue (virtual queue was used in target selection object and call is sent to one of this object targets target). It is empty if target is not associated with any VQ.
RVQID is one of few reporting related attached data that are not blocked with URS option report_targets. Since there is no other attached data in provided request you must have report_targets set to false.
