GAD Login error over TServer_Cisco 7.6

This is my first time synchronizing a Genesys to Cisco Call Manager PBX. I can connect them using JVM and SOCKET connection mode and already I have the CTI-link up… but I had problems to get login an Agent on his GAD.

It appears:
Login Failed
Dn ‘voice (5506@Cisco_Switch)’ is out of service

…but in the TServer logs appear:
17:27:11.859 Std 20007 All 0 seat licenses are in use already, registration rejected
@17:27:11.8590 [0] 7.6.008.02 send_to_client: message EventError
    (No More Licenses)

In spite of this error, I don’t have error logs within the FlexLM.log file.

In the Cisco 7.6 deployment guide refers to create same Extensions and Routing Points objects, and regarding the Agent Login isn’t necessary create a match object over the CiscoCM.

I created the extension 5506 over both platforms, plc_Cisco_5506 place and Agent01 user with 5516 agent login over CME.

There is some bad object configuration? Am I leaving out something? How’s right process to create and login an agent over Cisco and CME?

I tried to make the test changing the extension object type to ACD position over the CME, and I have the same mistake…

Thanks and best regards!!

In the TServer have you configured the license section? Seems it is in zero value for sdn licenses...

Actually, yes... I have it configure like this:

[license]
license-file=7260@mxwin11028
num-of-licenses=223
num-sdn-licenses=223

I had an error, under CiscoCM I haven't aggregated the '5506' extension... but now that I made it, I'm still having troubles with login agent step. These are the logs...

Hi,

There is information in GAD log that status of DN 5506 is "out of service". It could mean that T-Server is unable to monitor the extension (DN). Please check the extension 5506 has been associated with user used by T-Server to connect to CallManager. Without that association T-Server won't be able to monitor the extension.

R.

Thanks for help Rene...

It was necessary a GAD’s restart for extension recognition over GAD. All new objects are recognized automatically without a restart.

Best regards!!
