Filters on DN groups

Hello,

I just wondered if it was possible to apply filters on something other than a statistic, for example the Presentation Name (or DN Group)?

We use a DN group (ALL_CALLS) which contains multiple ACD queues and use this on a report to see calls answered/abandoned/servicelevel and so on.  From what I can see, filters can be applied to these statistic however a template has to be created within DMA where each filter can be applied to each statistic.

I want to see if it is possible to have the same report, selecting the ALL_CALLS DN group and report on the statistics above by filter on the group, rather than each statistic.

Thanks,
WA

ODS will recollect only what you tell him to recolect on DMA, it is impossible to apply a later filter on any object.

There must be a way to do this however, using the DN groups?

For example we have the DN group ALL_CALLS which contains 20 ACD Queues.  There are also DN groups which contain each ACD Queue, created so we can select these within the presentation name of the report.

Now we want to route the calls via no more than 5 ACD queues but still be able to differentiate the 'type' using filters.  Does this mean I have to create a reporting template within DMA and apply 20 filters for each statistic?

Thanks.

If you have 20 segments yes.
