Question marks in CCP 5.1.506

I was reviewing our old Genesys 5 setups and I have noticed that on some PCs we are getting [?] next to the agent states even though on other PCs using the same CCP and the same application name and connecting to the same config server (and thus the same stat server), they get the correct state of the agent shown there.

I thought that perhaps CCP has troubles resolving hostname of a statserver, put I can ping it from PCs that cannot show correct agent state, plus we are still getting all the statistics in the right panel!!! It is really weird!

Anyone had something similar to it?

Ok, ok, I have to admit I screwed up with this one! The states that I want to be monitored were for some reason unset in CCP, causing it to show agent current state as a question mark...
