Ermm...I see something very funny here in your strategy:

ExtensionsAttach['record','destination']

From documentation:
2) It is also possible to enable recording using extensions in routing strategy. If inbound call goes to the routing point, in the routing strategy it is possible to specify extension “record=destination”. “destination” in this scenario means the DN where call is routed - in most cases that would be the Agent DN.
But I think you may wanna try this one better:
1) Just specify option “record=true” on the Agent DN. This will instruct SIP Server to record all the calls which comes from / goes to this DN.

Hi cavagnaro,

the CONNID is 008801be38c6b002
The record to true is positionned to "true" in the RP and the DN. I did not try only with that without the ExtendAttach Data.

Hi babacar,

I see in the log that T-Server sends request to record call to Cisco CallManager:

@19:31:05.7500 [tout] DN marked for recording
@19:31:05.7500 [))1] StartRecord 67138186 '6801' 0

but I don't see any response from CCM side.

I checked Cisco JTAPI Developer's Guide for CCM 4.2 and didn't find any reference to recording functionality (but I found it in JTAPI Dev Guide for CUCM 6.1). Question is if recording initiated by CTI application is supported in CCM 4.2 or not...

R.

Hi René,

So it confirms my analysis, in the T server 8.0 CUCM documentatiion it is mentioned on page 169
5. Configure a recorder device on CUCM. It seems that our CM administrator  did not see the recorder profile object in Call Manager Administration Console 4.2(1).

At this step i am afraid as well the supervisor monitoring of Agent didn't work as well ? What do you thing about that feature and how to implement it using TServer 8.0 with the same CM ?

Thanks again for your analysis.

Well, looks like you really need the upgrade the CM to version latest then 6.1.x or use the method with integration of SIP-Server and CCM.
Because prevision version use for recording and monitoring the SPAN feature of switching hardware, what is not supported by SM.
Sorry for bad news =(
