Genesys Interface with Periphonic IVRS

I would like to know is the any special "driver" required by either Genesys or Periphonics IVRS to interface with each other? If yes, which parties does provide the driver?

    • Genesys provides the driver. It should be installed on the Periphonics vps/is and a CProgram should be compiled. Normally the Periphonics IVR is not shipped with a Ccompiler. Thus the first problem to solve is to install the Ccompiler and compile the Cfile for the Driver with minor configuration changes. I hope this helps.
