Multimedia Statistcs

Hello All ,
I have been trying to use Multimedia statistics for quite a while now , But am still unable to use them
I have installed Java MCR extensions and have eServiceContactStat.jar , eServiceInteractionStat.jar and eServiceSystemStat. jar installed in the necessary Stat Server \java\ext folder. Also have enable-java section set to TRUE and have configured java-config section under stat server but am still unable to use the Multimedia stat
I created a new Stat under the Stat server defined as
ChatTotalAnswered
====================
AggregationType --- Total
Category --- JavaCategory
JavaSubCategor -------eserviceinteractionstat.jar:GCHR Total Answered
Objects - Queue,RoutePoint,GroupQueues,Tenant

But when I try to use the stat in CCPulse it shows n/a for the corresponding stat type

Also in the reporting manual it states that Objects should be Tenant , but when I use only Tenant CCPulse does not display my Stat under the Javacategory

Try to take the tenant away from the objectlist. I think, that tenant is not supposed to be in there..

So the stat would look like:
ChatTotalAnswered
