We have installed Infomart and Genesys Interactive Insights.  We are trying to get data into Interactive Insights without running JobAggregateGIM and LoadGIM, however we don't see any data for Queues. We identified the problem to be that there are no queue views for this. We do see data for Agent reports when the JobAggregateGIM is run during the interval. However if we don't run this job until midnight, we don't see any intraday data. We understand that R_ tables in Infomart hold Intraday information and Interactive Insights get this information from AG2_* tables, but currently these tables don't get populated until JobLoadGIM and JobAggregateGIM are run which are scheduled to run once daily.  Has anyone run into this issue and have a solution to populate the data into Genesys Interactive Insights without running these to jobs every 30 minutes??

Hi,

How did you run your standard reports? Did you use the preset date filter together with hour filter? Try to set the date filter to "Today" and the hour for specific period which should be already in intraday tables. E.g. 8-12.

I am Todd's Co-worker. Where do you make these changes ? We ran standard reports using Interactive Insights. I believe they are at Interactive Insights level and not at Genesys Infomart level.

Hi,

When you refresh the report you will get a list of prompts. There just change the preset date filter from none to Today and if you have the hours selection  from/to available, change it for some shorter period which is already extracted/transformed/loaded to recent .

If you do not want to wait until midnight for the Aggregate tables to populate, set the intra-day aggrgation option to TRUE in the InfoMart ETL application in CME.  Keep in mind, intra-day aggregation will dramatically slow down your ETL run time.

Ensure that these AG2* tables are being populated, before trying to troubleshoot GI2.
