JStarterApp for 5.1 Development

Hey everyone!
I've got a very dated CTI application running on a very dated TServer(5.1). I would like to use the application described in the 5.1 developer's guide that apparently uses a class called "JStarterApp". However, I can't find the sample code anywhere on the 'net, anywhere in my company or Genesyslab's website.

Does anyone have the code that they can send to me or have any idea where I can download it?

I'd appreciate it.
