I have installed CCPulse on a workstation and everything is OK when using administrator login (login to the workstation). When login as a user without admin rihts I cannot use it (StatServer is not visible for CCPulse).

Have you assigned CCP user rank to the person who logs in?

  • For a user to be able to use CCPulse he must be part of the advanced user group of the workstation. This is because CCPulse needs to have read and write access to the registry. You can check for this problem in the FAQs on the Genesys tech support website under CCPulse.
