Email statistics per tenant

Hello,

I have this problem in CCPulse:
- my Java stats for Interaction Queue are functional ;[eServiceInteractionStat.jar]
- my java stats per tenant are not populated at all;[eServiceContactStat.jar]
In the options of the StatServer, in java-extensions I put both eServiceContactStat.jar and eServiceInteractionStat.jar on 'yes'.

Are these stats per tenant ever worked for you?

Thanks,
Diana

Does your StatServer have a connection to UCS? And is the UCS option enable-reporting=true?
And UCS a connection to the Statserver.

Yep. :(
But still, no values.
On the tenant, the stats with values are Waiting Processing and In Processing.
All the rest [Entered, Terminated, Redirected, Forwarded, Transfers, Responded, Outbound, Internal, Not submitted] are 0, even I had a lot of email entered and forwarded and ...

Hi Diana,

Please check that eServiceContactStat.jar file is present in the StatServer's Java Extensions folder.

From memory, the 'tenant' statistics are available on the tenant, but the 'queue' statistics are not.

Which is annoying.  These Java statistics don't seem to have the same flexibility as regular statistics.

You were right with the Stat Server in the connections of UCS.
Only that when I added it, by mistake as connection protocol I put addp.
When I deleted addp, it was OK, my stats are populated now.
Thanks everybody!
