OCS options

Hi,

Our company is looking at implementing an outbound predictive dialer.

We are running a Genesys 7.6 SIP environment. The obvious choice in this case is OCS. Are there any other products available that integrate well with Genesys?

Basically I'm wondering if there are any other solutions out there that integrate well with a Genesys SIP environment (what are they), or if OCS is the clear cut choice.
