Prefix access

Hi,

We are using Genesys 7.5 version, using Audio code for PRI, we had created many campaigns and configured the access code for the same in the Audiocode and given the access in the dialer.

My problem is some of the callers are misusing the prefix access in one campaign to another campain. for example

X campaign access code is 7
Y campaign access code is 9

X campaign callers are misusing the Y campaign access code. if any option for restrict the misusing the access code.

pls reply

It depends where the access code is configured.

PRI connected in Audiocode device and prefix also configured in Audiocode, same has been configured in Configuration Manager.

Hi dbleela,

It's quite hard to help as you haven't posted any information like log, configuration dump etc. we could analyse. The only recommendation I can give is to check log of OCS and TServer to ensure that correct prefix is used before the call is passed to Audicode. If it isn't then you should review you configuration and analyse OCS/T-Server logs in detail. If it is then you should focus on Audiocode.
