Has anyone taken the GCE 6 exams from Genesys? I'm going to the G6 Framework class soon but will not be attending the Enterprise Routing class which is required for certification, since I am a CGE on 5 they said I could test out of the ERS class, Does anyone have notes, or at least the reading assignments for the ERS class so I can bone up on the material? How difficult is the test? We currently don't use any of the routing solutions from Genesys so not as familiar with Genesys routing. Any help would be grand!

I did a course called Moving Forward at Genesys training facility in the UK. This a course for CGE's to learn of the features in 6 and provides an exam at the end. The exam is open book and provided that you do not rush it is straightforward enough. The format is generally mutiple choice. You got through 5 so this should not present a problem. The single exam is sufficient for recertification in version 6.
