Move a handling email from an agent

Hi,

Genesys Supervisor Desktop/SupervisorWorkArea
If an agent receives an email and keeps it open on his desktop, the supervisor can see this in All Interactions.
Does anybody know, if the supervisor can move the email from this agent to another agent?
I can see that in Actions/Selected the option MoveToQueue is disabled, even if my Supervisor have the parameter SupervisorAdhoc=2.
[but the Terminate option is enabled, which is bizarre, so I can terminate the email, but I cannot move it ...?]

And other question:
Can a supervisor force an agent to change his status?
[from GSD the supervisor to move the status of an agent from NotReady to Ready}
