We are looking at integrating an outbound dialer into our current Genesys SIP suite.

Is there anyone who is using a third party product like Avaya or Cisco?

The obvious choice for us would be Genesys, just wondering if anyone has any positive or negative experiences integrating a third party dialer with Genesys...
