Hi,

I have used the pre built stat ServiceFactor and need to build a new one. I have created this ServiceFactor2 in the stats servers, DMA, CME etc basically I have mirrored everything that ServiceFactor has except the new time stat. I cannot get this to pull through so that I can use it within the template wizard in CCPulse.

Can anyone advise where I'm going wrong?????

cheers

Hi Tambo,

Are you using for CCPulse the same Stat Server as for CCA (DMA)?

Check first logfile after start of your ss and try to find your statstics wether it is ignored or successfully registered.

Try restarting the stat server.
