I am trying to figure out more about GVP 8.0. Can anyone tell me in simple layman terms why a client would want to use GVP versus say some other IVR product out there other than "integrated solution". At the end of the day, the difference between GVP per port pricing and free ASTERISKS IVR is sooo big that running cost of maintaining both solutions (Genests CTI and Asterisks IVR) is justified ten times over. What am I missing?
