Outbound - treatment question

Hi all,

I want to call my calling list in order of the field "attempt". If I call a record and mark as for example "Answering Machine detected", I would like the record_status would be "Ready". But I couldn't found any treatment for this issue. Is it possible?

Thanks,
bandorka

If AM you must determine if it will be transfered to the agent, otherwise create a treatment to redial the record for N time and then switch to next chain for example.
You are asking some questions and maybe you need some PS on your site to achieve a successful installation and configuration.

Ok, thanks, I try to explain once again. I have a CL with 5 record. Every record have a field named "attempt". It's a mandatory field. I would like to call the calling list order by the attempt field and within this the physical order. So first, when attempt=0, then attempt=1 and so on. But, for example, if I call the second record that marked with some treatment, the record_status field should be "Ready" (and not "Updated" and not Retry in 5 minutes), because I want to continue to the third, fourth and fifth record. Now, the attempt field at every records equal 1. Then I want to continue the first record, and then the SECOND record.
I hope I was more clear...
