Can someone please explain to me why historical reporting of Inbound/Outbound Call volumes do not match between Genesys and CentreVu?

because they measure states differently ie Not Ready is similar but nearly always longer on Genesys.

  • Thanks, but could you be a little more specific? Why do they not measure equally, why is it impossible to match interactions etc.
