Gplus Configuration

Hello,

does anyone have experience with Gplus configuration (with Siebel) regarding the values related to maxclientconnections and MaxProcessingThreads defined on gplus driver and gplus communication Server?

I think we have some issues in our customer Siebel implementation regarding a wrong configuration about this parameters.

Performance tuning of Gplus adapter for Siebel is complex task as there are many factors affecting the performance. I would suggest you to contact Genesys Professional Services as they have good experience with fine-tuning Gplus performance. It's paid service but it's worth the money in my opinion.

What kind of issues are you facing?
